Sonic Drive-in - Okolona

I never write reviews, especially bad ones. I would like to start by saying I’m not a Karen. I’m 19 and have worked in fast food service and seen rude customers first hand. I always try to be respectful because I know what it’s like. Now that that’s out of the way, every time I’ve went to this sonic they’ve gotten my order wrong. I’m out like over $50 because they forget things every time. Almost every carhop I’ve gotten has been rude or just not said anything. Not a word. I had one ask me (multiple times I came there) “No tip??” And get mad at me even though I tipped on the app. (I shouldn’t have tipped). I’ve politely asked them to bring me something I was missing multiple times and I sat there for 20 minutes and they never brought it out. Even when I pressed the red button. And no, I wasn’t rude. I’m sure someone is going to wonder “why do you still go there??” Because it’s the only place w food in Okolona. Other than dodges. I know most sonics suck but this one is the worst I’ve ever seen. By far. Even after feeling this way I have NEVER been a rude customer there. Not once. And they still have an attitude with me even though I’m nice and ask for things politely (not demand them).

This was my first time at the location. Initially we received the order incorrectly but I will say the manager was able to come personally to fix it. I appreciate that and will be back if I’m ever in the area. The food tasted great

Best real burgers around but best go at rush hour because sometimes I can tell burgers were sitting out cold and half done then thrown on stove when a customer comes.

Best sonic in northeast Ms by far. Never had a bad experience there. Keep up the good work.

Chili dog fries were fresh, hot and tasty. Restrooms were ok for a guy but not nearly clean enough for woman.
