We placed our order and waited for my son's chicken nuggets, but it took so long that my husband nearly finished his meal by the time they arrived. I could have overlooked the wait if they hadn't forgotten to bring my son's nuggets at all. Additionally, I received the wrong side with my meal. This experience has made it clear that I won't be returning to this KFC again; they consistently get orders wrong and the food is subpar. If you're considering dining here, do yourself a favor and skip it.

The cashier was friendly and helped us find the best value for our meal, suggesting the perfect order for my mom and me. The chicken was deliciously crispy and flavorful. It has been at least ten years since my last visit to a KFC, but after this experience at our local branch, I’ll definitely be returning!

While the food is usually quite good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Today, we waited in line for over 20 minutes, and the staff seemed more interested in watching us than actually taking our orders. At one point, another customer even inquired if anyone would be coming to assist him, but the manager was just wandering around without addressing the situation. Several customers, including myself, ended up leaving in frustration. We may need to look for a new place to dine on Sundays.

No napkins out t... read more This location is disgusting. I've never seen such a filthy restaurant. Girl at counter was sweet, but I lost my appetite after I looked around. No napkins out to clean off table in lobby..my famous bowl was only half full when I got it. Took a few bites and just wanted to leave.
