Contribute FeedbackI was in town for business and decided to try this place because the yelp reviews were good Fricken awesome place and awesome food I will come back.
Three of us had dinner and 2 people ordered redfish and a pasta dish, both were said to be quite tasty.
An otherwise nice dining experience that was spoiled by the waitress. Cold, impersonal at the start, it seemed like she wished she was somewhere else. We she brought the bill ($58), I put down a $100 bill. She asked "Do you need change?". I stared at her in disbelief. She repeated "Do you want change?". The wife told her he's not leaving that kind of tip. The waitress said "well it may be a while". When she came back with the change she slammed the change down and said "thank you" and was obvious about not meaning it. The food was, as it almost always is, very good. The service, not so much. Frankly I wish this waitress was somewhere else. I think the wait staff needs to attend the Charleston's school of restaurant service.
One of the Pearl's stable of restaurants. I've been here a number of times both for lunches and dinners. I can recommend the following items which are ones I really like: Dirty Angels Hair Pasta Prime Rib Blackened Chicken Pasta Blackened Prime Rib Steamed Broccoli with Hollandaise Sauce Red Beans & Rice Unfortunately, they discontinued the Fried Chicken Andouille a few years ago. That dish is now only available at Pearl's Oyster Bar.
