I always think that this place exists. When it opened years ago on another part of the city, it was a packed place for some time. This location is easy to reach on the bike or on foot. The burgers are solid and always have a great taste. Today I have the BBQ Burger and Zets. The note was a little muddy for my pleasure, but still tasted great. The burger lacked the heat I was looking for, but it was still very satisfy... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Cow Calf-hay:
I usually have a good experience in Cow Calf-Hay for lunch; but I tried them for breakfast this morning and my breakfast tacos were disgusting. They didn't crush the eggs. They kicked the egg and hacked it. It was terrible. I just like my eggs scattered and very dry. Maybe that's how they do them, but I've never seen a breakfast taco with chopped fried egg. Yes! Terrible service. I explained in detail what Burger wanted. They changed me for that, but gave me the smaller pattie. I talked to them about it and was told that I have to pay again, then they will fix their mistakes. The place it dirty, about price and Horrible customer service. If you take your money and rude Horrible Service, then go there. But remember, you were warned.
The burger was delicious and cooked to my liking. However their prices are high, $16.84 for a burger and small amount of fries is a bit much. And because of the pricing I probably won't be back.
If you want the best down and dirty, pure meat and cheese burger in OKC, come to this place! I ordered the Triple Lucy, which is three 3 oz patties, 3 slices of cheese, and pickles! The burger meat here is amazing! I would say, probably in the Top 5 burgers in my life! Onion rings are crispy and wonderful. They have many more burgers, such as the Oklahoma original onion burger and a Lucy in any size from a single to quadruple! Chicken strips weren?t bad either (for the nephew). Check it out peeps!! Two Thumbs Up and a happy belly!!!
