Taco Nuevo - Oklahoma City

I was very disappointed by the service. I work hard for my money and when I decided to spend it in a restaurant, I expect basic hospitality. it seems that I asked too much. I'll never eat here again. I will never spend my hard earned money on her lack of costumer service. this place is not even a last resort. may God have mercifulness in their souls, because they treat the people they need.

That is the most holy! I wish there was a possibility to give negative stars! I have ever met customer service! I have 2 commands placed with them and the bgh were terrible! 1st time, order was placed, said to arrive in 45 minutes. only to reach almost 2 hours after that time. they come to find out that they didn't even open the facility in time. we had a call that lets us know it was late? No! not even an apology after the usa called to find out where it was eating. we decided to try it again, and this time was worse! not only was eating late again. but the order had no onions (like I allergic to them).

When it comes to the delivery of food in oklahoma city, as I have discovered, their decisions are essentially on pizza and. whatever these pizza spots throw together on the menu. a kind of sad for a “big league city”, do they not think?. a place has recently opened that the game by the delivery of taqueria quality Mexican meals directly to their door, provided they order ca. 19 o'clock it is called taco nuevo, 3620 n. penn, and if they can overlook their mistakes – like ordering around 19 o'clock – it is a wonderful south of the border alternative to pizzas and wings.

This is the most HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!!! I wish i there was an option to give negative stars!! WORST customer service i have EVER encountered!! I have placed 2 orders with them and BOTH were HORRIBLE! 1st time, order was placed, said to arrive in 45 mins. Only to arrive almost 2 hrs after said time. Come to find out they didn't even open up the establishment on time. Did we receive a courtesy phone call letting us know it would be late? NO!! Not even an apology after US calling to find out where the food was. We decided to try them again, and this time was even worse!! Not only was the food late AGAIN. But the order had specified NO ONIONS (as i am allergic to them). Apparently onions are cooked in with the meat. Yet again, no courtesy phone call to let us know. When i called to the establishment the lady answers and says "UGH, WHAT DO YOU WANT?".... I was hoping she was speaking to someone in front of her but NO, She was talking to ME. I explained the situation and it upset her even more. She put the "OWNER" on the phone and his attitude was even worse than hers! After going back and forth with the man, He finally told me is WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM and if i dont like it dont order there anymore and hung up on me!!! I wasnt asking for a refund or anything free! I just wanted my food without onions. Apparently that was to much to ask! NEVER EVER AGAIN will they get a cent from me!! And hopefully NO ONE has to go through the same experience!
