Spencer's Smokehouse & BBQ

This place is over price with underwhelming food quality and even worse customer service. ordered burned ends and got crushed brisket with a few square pieces of brisket thrown in swimming in the sauce. I had never burned an end in sauce. as we are 30min away from the situation, being called back, one would have to talk to the owner that he was the one who burned this one end this morning. here we are three days later and several calls to the restaurant and no answer.

Ordered a complete rib dinner and got 6 mini-ribs that had no meat on them near. When I asked, the manager argued with me and said that they weighed the ribs and that I was wrong. Very disappointed that I paid $18.50 for a rib dinner and got $5.00 from ripening. after a $80 drop for my family to eat and terrible service, I don't see myself coming back.

I eat here once a month with an alumni group in the next dining room, which takes our 10 or so participants easily. customer order at the counter and then pick up the order at the counter when their name is called. daily lunches are published. spencers are built outside the grill world by offering a new prime rib sandwich with jus. there was a lot of bread with not enough meat for the price (over $11, which contains a side and a drink). If you are looking for good BBQ stay as far away from this place as you can get! I rarely come by food that I have to spit out, Spencer's BBQ was that bad! The staff is very rude, no class. I have no idea how they are still in business.

The chopped bark seemed to have been boiled, then chopped into water for a time. To wet and taste from bbq was not existent! baked bores seemed to be poured out a dose and heated. not good. the apple swarms were so heavy with a narrow that they could use them for fishing. about all a bbq restaurant only with names. continue through this facility.
