Queen Of Eggrolls Laotian Cuisine

Spotted this place from the road and decided to give it a try. Wowzer you won't be sorry! Extra tasty egg rolls. Wonderful stuffed sausage. This will become a regular haunt for us.

This vendor was supposed to be an event we were having and we reached out about a month prior, they confirmed they would be at our event from 6-10 pm. 2 days before the event they sent us a message stating they double booked and would be at our event at 730pm. The night of our event, they sent us a message at 640pm stating they would not be able to make it. We had no alternatives set up and folks left our event early due to their not being any food.

Absolutely amazing all the way from service, appearance, amount of food, and cost. I had the lunch special with fried rice, garlic chicken, and pork egg roll. She gave me a beef egg roll to try. The egg rolls which they are known for, BEST I?ve ever had! They have a kick to them and leave you wanting more! Do not miss out on trying this place.

I've been told that I don't know what a good eggroll in OKC is until I've met the queen, so I finally made the trek to catch the queen in the food truck. I was not disappointed. The best word to describe the food is: fresh. The ingredients are fresh and the eggrolls are cooked fresh, and that makes a world of difference in the texture and flavor. Simply outstanding. The fried rice also had a surprise in fresh vegetables. They weren't just color, they were flavor, and great flavor at that. I also had the Laotian sausage, which had some unique and tasty spices to it. After I ate all of the meat in my fried rice, I mixed the sausage into the fried rice to finish it off, and it paired very well. An all around excellent meal, even when enjoyed out in the sun on a hot afternoon. Long live the queen.
