Great sushi. I ordered two dishes, 1 by server recommended and 1 off the special. I enjoyed both rolls. Kind staff as well. Checked in with me the right amount where I was paid attention to yet didn't feel burdened by their attentiveness. View all feedback.
What Ranjit Shrestha doesn't like about Masa Ramen Sushi:
I visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend. The service was a bit disappointing as when we asked for salt and a to-go box, they placed them on the table rather abruptly. It seemed like the server was having a rough day, which affected our overall experience. On a brighter note, the ramen I ordered was delicious, but my friend’s ramen lacked salt, which is why we requested it in the first place. We hop... View all feedback.
Masa was super good. The aesthetic and atmosphere was perfect. I had the volcano roll and bagel roll. The rolls had a lot of flavor. I will be back again. 10/10
First time eating there. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken was not impressed at all. Consisted of chicken, sauce, 2 pieces of broccoli, 1 piece of carrot, and bowl of rice. Wife just had salad and a simple sushi that had avacado, cream cheese and jalapeño, Just 6 pieces. Iced tea glass sat empty and took forever just to get our check. Not busy at all.
Okay. So this spicy miso ramen was hands down delicious. The daughter had the roll I unfortunately can't remember the name but all of it was delicious.2 waters, dumblings for the appetizer, sushi roll and ramen bowel $38 dollars before tip. Worth the quality. The server was attentive but not to helicopter at all. Water stayed filled without his presents being overly crowded very smooth from start to finish. I enjoyed my experience here.
I can tell that the staff takes pride in their work. Our server was extremely nice and our food was prepared and plated with care and attention to detail. The restaurant was well taken care of and clean. Some of the decor is maybe a little to over the top. it feels like a “Japanese themed” American restaurant rather than an authentic restaurant but that’s completely fine, it’s fun.My wife and I ordered the Pork Gyoza, Masa Roll, and Tonkotsu Ramen. The Gyoza was tender and had a good flavor. The Masa Roll stands up as the namesake of the restaurant, very good in our opinion. I wish I could have said the same for the Tonkotsu Ramen, as that’s why we wanted to try this restaurant, but it just wasn’t great. The broth was thin and nearly flavorless which was the biggest offense. I also noticed the ajitsuke egg was too sweet, like candy levels of sweet.Overall this strikes me as a sushi restaurant that happens to serve ramen. We will definitely return! Though it will not be for the ramen.
