Main Event Oklahoma City

I was impressed. I thought it would be packed but with all of the people it wasn't congested. We purchased game cards with credit and there was a good selection of games. We ate at the restaurant. The food was good but the service was less than mediocre. To top it off, we were told we were sent the wrong receipt, and the bathrooms really needed some love. Neither was a deal breaker and we will return; but we may pass on the food portion and stick to the games.

I wanted to like this place, but there was too much that rubbed me wrong about this place. Staff was unknowledgable and rude and truly seemed like they didn't want to be there. A lot of the games in the arcade weren't working or broke in same way. Plus, the arcade was too expensive for tokens, and games seemed to be tweaked so that difficulty was greatly increased and health was lowered so you would die I'm a game very very quickly, making you pay more tokens to continue playing. As per usual with these types of places, the gift shop where you spend points earned in the arcade was full of stuff greatly overpriced even in points currency. I took my son on a Tuesday, which is kids eat free witb purchase of adult entree day, and the staff member taking my order tried to charge me for my son's food, and was completely unaware of the Tuesday kids eat free special, and manager seemed perturbed when confronted about it. Food was also greatly overpriced.Now for the good. Food was surprisingly tasty, but not enough to justify the price. The bowling alley was fairly nice. And Lazer tag was fun, despite the moody teenage staff member in charge of it.Overall, I was greatly unimpressed with Main Event, and will not be returning. For roughly the same money, there are far better options out there for entertaining a kid.

We ate the food was what you would expect at a kid friendly place.The service was almost non-existent it appeared that the waiter/bartender was in a hurry to finish shift duties and actually left immediately after dropping off the check. The arcade ,bowling, and pool table areas were fantastic. The arcade did have several games that were not functioning properly.The attendants did credit for lost credits.

Had a great time felt like childhood all over again just needed the balls pin and a big slide maybe a big swing where could jump from in a big pen of plastic balls. Just had a all around great time with my brother's and family.Service: 5/5

Went bowling early evening in the middle of the week with my kids. They have a great deal for all day passes. I bowl in 2 bowling leagues and this place has always been known to not have any oil on the lanes. I bowled it a year ago and it was terrible. This time, I brought my own balls and it felt just like bowling in an actual bowling alley. Glad they listened to the actual bowlers and did something about it. The games were pretty good and everything seemed clean and people were nice. Our server on our lane was the only issue. She was almost never there and they weren't busy. It took almost 20 minutes to get sodas for us all and when I went to the bar to get them myself, I could see her in the kitchen standing there playing with her phone. Obviously this was not the kind of service you would want. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time there and on a good budget with the pass. Games were kind of expensive but the bowling wore the kids out!!
