Little Mike's Hamburgers

I came after years of seeing that damn begging commercial.Love supporting local business but bland burgers and the political overtones really alienate clientele. Not worth the trip down the expressway.

Ordered Online Cheeseburgers for my Husband's Birthday. Ordered the burgers as "everything on it". Sent my Kid to get it. When he came home my husband started unwrapping the burgers and the first thing he said was "Did we order the Jr. Burgers??" We received our meal as meat on buns. Dry. Nothing in them. Tiny?? .. oh yeah. Of course the first thing I did was call the restaurant to speak to the Manager. Whoever the girl was that answered the phone decidedly would not let me talk to the manager. I asked her why my meal looked the way it did after ordering with everything?? The pictures on the websites looked nothing like what we received. She said it was a "new" approach they were taking of leaving it up to the customer to get their own condiments and veggies. She said that she told my kid this and that it was my fault if my burgers arrived the way they did. She was intensely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I became angry and told her my child said to get his "extra stuff and sauces.... over there..." she did not tell him that they were completely bare ... nothing more than that. I said I was angry and anybody that received this pittance for the amount of money I paid would be also... her Response?? Argued with me... telling me over and over how it was not anyone's fault but my own. So after listening to her YELL at me I Had TO hang up on her. She actually wanted my kid to take the pick up order and unwrap 5 sandwiches and apply mustard, mayo, and every veggie on each one ... wrap it back up... put it back in bag... and then leave. There was not so much as a napkin placed in the bag. So... morale of story?? If you want soggy cold fries, a meat and bread sandwich without any courtesy condiments included... then Little Mike's is a stellar choice for you. Otherwise?? Be prepared to disassemble and add EVERYTHING at the Dive or... by surprise... in your kitchen. Make sure you have a working microwave to heat up this disappointment and terrible meal. .., ok. Last note.... this terrible review could have been avoided if just once.. was offered a "I'm sorry... what can we do to make it better" would have even half heartedly offered. These are the type of establishment that you would expect to spit in your food if you ever returned instead.

Everyone is so nice and the place is very clean! The food is good, fresh and made to order. Prices are competitive. The onion rings are made fresh and are really good! The only thing that I don't care for is smelling like an onion burger when I leave - lol. But that is a small price to pay for good service and good food????????????

Little Mikes is one of our favorites. Mike and his family are so friendly, usually remember our name, and make great hot dogs besides the onion burgers. Mike is passionate about his politics without a doubt. Sometimes his postings are a little far right for me but I admire that he is willing to stand up and say what he believes even if he loses customers!
