I have been going here every morning for breakfast recently and I have to say it is a good value for the money, at least for breakfast. I get a Sausage Egg Cheese and Bacon Egg Cheese and the staff recognizes me and knows my order. They don't skimp the tacos and I can get 2 tacos with cheese for under $6 which fills me up and gets me through the whole day and I'm a big guy. The tacos are occasionally a bit greasy and... What User doesn't like about Laredo Taco Company:
Really went downhill. It was really good when they first opened, but they have horrible employees. They always have mad looks ok their faces and lack any kind of professionalism. Everything is always dried out and old-looking. They NEVER have breakfast food made past 7:00, even though it?s supposed to be until 9:00 or 10:00. View all feedback.
It's a gas station, so don't expect much. The servers seem to ignore you completely. I recommend trying to get your food fresh, but I'm not sure it ever is.
The staff at this restaurant are remarkably inattentive. Almost every morning, things are not prepared on time, as was the case today. It seems they prefer chatting in the back rather than attending to their responsibilities. I sincerely hope that upper management notices this issue and takes action. In the two months I’ve been coming here each morning, only one staff member has managed to have everything ready at the start. One out of sixty visits is simply unacceptable.
This is easily one of the worst tacos I've ever had. I'm not sure what kind of tortilla they used, but I never want to eat it again. I suppose I shouldn't have expected much from a restaurant connected to a 7-Eleven. The service was fine, although the interaction was very brief. Additionally, the tacos were $4 each! They were a decent size, I guess, but I would never pay more than $1 for a taco that tastes like that. I do not recommend this place.
The service I experienced was the worst I've ever seen. I won't be returning.
I visited the restaurant located at 1391 E. Memorial Road. Unfortunately, the person who prepared my meal seemed unfamiliar with the dishes or what should accompany them. I ordered an original platter, which was supposed to include two tamales and two sides, and a Mexican plate featuring a beef enchilada and two sides. However, for the original platter, I received no tamales, and the only side I got was a very dry portion of refried beans. As for the Mexican plate, what was presented as an enchilada didn’t resemble one at all. There were no condiments provided with either dish, and I wasn’t informed about any options for topping my meals. While the food was passable, it certainly didn’t stand out as good. I also ordered chips and queso, but I barely received any; the server had to scrape the last bits from the bottom of the container.
