Fantastic food and ambience. Great place for a special dinner. It's expensive for what it is. No such in OKC offers a comparable experience, but at lower costs. That said, definitely still a try at least once, as the food was fantastic. View all feedback.
We had an unbelievable experience, Chef Black and his staff are the best, we loved the food, service, it’s always worth it to go to Grey Sweater
This place will make you forget that you're in Oklahoma City. Incredible service from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. We chose the menu and it was plenty of food. And great food at that! We'll be back to try the next time.
Service ambiance were good, however the food was overpriced and marginal.
An amazing experience. Food was carefully crafted, and the wine pairings were perfect.
This was a fun and interesting dining experience. I rate it with four stars primarily because the service was âmehâ for the price point. Service was not bad, just surprisingly un-polished. I will explain what I mean below. I have not had a more unique or interesting dining experience in Oklahoma City than what Grey Sweater offered. We did the course meal with the âgoldâ level wine pairings. The uniqueness started when I made the reservation. I had to do this days out to get a Saturday evening meal time. The next step came in making decisions about how the evening was to go. I got a call hours before the reservation and asked if we wanted the or course meal. Did we want to sit in the cooking area for the chefâs experience or at a table? Did we want the silver, gold, or platinum wine pairings? Every dish we were served had very unique flavors and was paired very well with a very good wine. My only issue was related to the service polish. We were a party of four two couples: two ladies, two guys. Maybe I am old fashioned, but I would expect tasting menu courses to be presented to all four diners at once, or at least: ladies first and then the guys. They consistently would place two plates for the guys and then take seconds to get the second two plates in front of the ladies. This is being picky, but when I pay over for dinner for four before tip, I would expect to pay a full or over for service (over in this case) because it was outstanding. The service was the miss for us. The experience was fun overall, but not sure we will be back. It did not scratch an itch for us related to tasting or chef wine pairings that we cannot find elsewhere for significantly less money.
