Braum's food is excellent, however, the service today was less than exceptional. To have as many employees behind the counter as there were tonight, there's no excuse for a 10 to 15 minute wait for a bag of burgers. Especially when I'm one of only four or five customers in the building. Their attitudes should have been a little less hostile, and a little more appreciative for my business, seeing as there would have been almost nothing to do for the 10+ employees on the clock without me being there.
The food is good. The staff was friendly and the drive-thru went pretty fast. I did receive a small fry instead of the medium I upgraded to but it was a quick fix for them.
This the 2nd time my wife and I were turned away at the door 20min before their posted closing time.
Rating only on the ice cream partI did not eat any of their other food or use the grocery part. My ice cream sundae was delicious.
Just ordered food from there and it was just plain gross.
