Billy Sims BBQ - Oklahoma City

BBQ not fresh , dry and old. Beans terrible . I should have read the reviews first but that was my mistake. I will never eat here again. I was hungry and the meal was so bad I didn't finish

Paid $17.00 for brisket dinner. 2 small sides and brisket that was dry and maybe 1 or 2 days old. No BBQ smoked flavor, BBQ beans not good but the potato salad was ok. The size of my meal would be equal to an $8 dinner anywhere else. Price too high for quality. I did not eat the meal, I only ate the potato salad. I told cashier it wasn't good, she replied, I know. I wrote their main office and they did respond and they care but I was told the owner of that location would call me but he never did call. This tells me he doesn't care !

Nothing to cheer about. This is a no-frills BBQ joint with concrete floors, booths and cafeteria style food ordering at the counter. The "decor theme" is all OU sports. I had the brisket sandwich which was served cold. The meat was somewhat dry and didn't have much flavor by itself. The BBQ sauce helped. The potato salad was good. I didn't like it enough to want to go back.

Food is ok, except. They don't remove the membrane on their ribs. Leaves a gummy residue. Not recommended.

Anyone that thinks this bbq is even DECENT says everything.
