Mcdonald's - Okemos

The staff at this restaurant are incredible. My daughter and her mother were there this morning, and my daughter forgot her wallet. She had to go without her usual breakfast burrito. However, an employee noticed and kindly bought her the burrito. This act of kindness truly restores my faith in society. Thank you to the amazing people working here.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, especially from a young man, even on a snowy day. The pick-up process was quick, although the customer's meal had already been eaten by the time they arrived. The staff could improve safety by ensuring the pick-up lanes are not icy, perhaps by moving them to the area beside the building. Despite a brief interaction, the young man was positive and attentive. The food was exactly as ordered through the app.

We visit this McDonald's a few times a year, as we often send our children to the Detroit area to visit family. The staff is always polite and the food is typically well-prepared.

The service was terrible! I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to get a coke!
