What Machu doesn't like about Culver's:
Hands down this was the lowest quality meal Ive bought in quite awhile when I went in today. Pretzel burger had bacon on it that was rock hard, tasted like it was made at least a week ago. Cheese was unmelted and the entire thing was room temperature. Why did we have to wait 10 minutes for the food if it was made awhile ago? I asked the cashier at reg. #2 if I could have my 2 piece cod be crispy and less batter and he delivered. I don't like suggy batter and flour and the cashier on reg #2 did just that. I thanked the person that fried my fish too. Thank you Culvers.Customer #63.
First time there for me. I enjoyed my burger and fries. To many extra charges for toppings. Tasted like real hamburgers off your own grill.
We were very impressed with the young man (teen) delivering the food to our table, very courteous and helpful! He made a few trips to get extra items needed for our meal.
