Chipotle Mexican Grill - Okemos

Too much of the corn salsa was on the left side of the bowl. I had to use my fork to spread it around. A more evenly distributed salsa is preferred. Also the worker skimped on the chicken but made up for it in giving me 23% more guacamole than usual. So I let it slide. This was a successful chipotle experience. Ordered a pollo asada bowl and it came with nothing but the chicken. Colder than ambient temperature...even after warming too salty to eat.

First time being here, Chipotle is one of my favorites food places but they have to be careful about how to serve food to go. My burrito was perfectly good but my daughter?s soft tacos was too messy, they put too much guac on it and they made a mess? Everything look smashe!! ???????????

Ordered on line for in store pickup. Waited 25 minutes. In that time only orders for the drive through were made. Finally, I asked for a refund and the manager had the nerve to say I was being rude. She did have the kid making the food make my order next and, of course, he made it wrong. The location has been a disappointment since the day it opened and only gets worse. I like the food but not this location.

Save yourself the time and don?t come here. The employees act like you?re a burden to them and they could care less about your time. All moving like snails. I waited 45 minutes in 3 car chipotlane line. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never return. Terrible absolutely brutal service.
