Support local businesses : their bread is so much better than any other store around. And i will never go back to store bought bread because BreadSmith is the best
I found this place on Google while searching for bread bowls for chili. The place was easy to find and I wasn't disappointed with my purchase. The chili bread bowls were delicious. It's a cute little place with a good variety of baked goods and desserts
Without a doubt, this is the best bakery we have found in East Lansing and Okemos.
I've been visiting this place for nearly a decade now. They offer fantastic bread and cookies. It's a cozy little shop where everything feels right as soon as you step inside, so there's not much else to add. The service is consistently excellent, and you can always ask for recommendations based on what you’d like to pair with your bread. They also have a stamp card—one for bread and another for treats. It's worth noting how resilient this place is; they temporarily closed operations after someone crashed through the front window, which I’m sure was one of the last things they expected to deal with (aside from a pandemic), but they have bounced back.
Only place in Lansing with Challah on Friday! I'm grateful I found this place. It is very tasty
