Was Ivy Hirthe at Bread Bites a mag?
My friend and I went here for lunch as we?ve heard such good things about it on the Lansing Foodies page on Facebook. It was absolutely delicious. I?m not sure I?ve ever had such flavorful Mediterranean food before. The owner was the kindest soul. Seriously go support this business. View all feedback.

Consistently good food! The lentil soup is always a treat and never disappoints. Full flavored options every time.

My friend and I visited Bread Bites for lunch after hearing great reviews on the Lansing Foodies Facebook page. The food was incredibly delicious—I don’t think I’ve ever experienced Mediterranean flavors this rich and vibrant. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful business!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bread Bites, our first visit since before COVID shortly after they opened. We ordered two pie meals: an Armenian with fries and fattoush, and a sojuk with chicken lemon soup and hummus, along with an olive cheese bread bite and walnut baklava. When our meal arrived, my sojuk pie wasn’t ready, so they kindly replaced it with a kaftka pie instead. I like kaftka, so it was a pleasant surprise. We had leftover hummus, which made a great lunch the next day paired with the kaftka pie. I really enjoyed my sojuk meal—everything tasted delicious. My husband liked his too, though he didn’t expect so much balsamic vinegar on his pie; next time, he might ask for less or none, as a little goes a long way. Mine had no vinegar, but the kaftka pie did, and I agreed it was a bit much. I don’t recall balsamic being mentioned on the menu. Overall, we’d definitely come back.

We visited Bread Bites for lunch today for the first time and are adding it to our list of the best restaurants in the Lansing area. The Mediterranean food was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the Armenian pistachio baklava. The hummus, pita bread, and salad with vinaigrette were also delicious.
