I give Arby's 4 stars because I love their food. However, the atmosphere only earns 1 star from me. The place is quite unpleasant, with pee and toilet paper on the bathroom floor. I've never experienced anything like it before. View all feedback. What Yadira Quigley likes about Arbys:
