This is a fantastic local restaurant. It's hands down the best carvery I've ever experienced. The pub has a lovely ambiance, and the staff are friendly and helpful. An excellent pub went there for Sunday lunch carvery which was very good, A very friendly place would recommend it highly.
Just had Sunday lunch. The food was perfect, the hosts very welcoming and the staff were attentive but my intrusive. Really excellent value for money. Highly recommend.
A last minute booking as wanted something substantial to eat after a hike around Belstone Tor area. Carvery was lovely, good selection of meats and vegetables. Staff attentive and helpful. Masks are required until you are sat at your table, which I was glad about.
