He... read more I accidentally ordered a chicken sandwich for breakfast, thanks to the kiosk ordering system. However, the manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He remained professional, didn’t blame me, apologized for the error, and even took the time to train one of his employees on how to process a refund. This was the best service I’ve ever received at the Turnpike station. Manager Joseph deserves a lot of recognition for his efforts. As for the food, it was fantastic! Wendy’s croissants are far superior to those at Burger King and Dunkin’ Donuts!
