However, some patrons had positive experiences including friendly service, delicious meals, and a welcoming atmosphere. The overall consensus seems to be that while Applebee's may not always hit the mark, it remains a reliable destination for decent American fare and friendly service.
Friendly staff, hard workers and good food! I usually don't eat at Applebee as usual, but it was surpringly delicious! Had the burger and a few Nashville hot boneless chicken, just wish it was a little spicer.
Had to wait 10 minutes to sit. Great service, good food. The waitress Cassey was the best waitress we had for a long time. Very professional. Refilled drinks. Was there when you needed her. Will definitely go back. Only the bottom was dirty. Could have used a good vacuum cleaning. Good prices. Nice selection. Great drinks for adults.
The menus are on your phone via the QR code, unless you ask for a physical menu. The Caesar salad was big with a lot of dressing. Sirloin Steak was tender and the steamed broccoli had a lot of taste. I also enjoyed the potatoes. Too full of dessert.
We went there for my birthday dinner. We had cheeseburgers and a house salad. The salad was so good. When the Burger and the Pommes came, we had just finished the salad. The burger was so juicy and full of taste! We sent compliments to the chef. I like to put salt and pepper on the fries. The thinner tar sauce was so good. The staff waiting for us was super friendly. She was right on us for everything we needed. They gave me an ice cream shooter for my birthday.
A large selection of food. great customer service and atmosphere. we have no apples in our opposite, so it was nice to enjoy another selection of menu options.
