It seems to be under new management. Beware of the hidden cover charge of 300 yen per person (even when it was totally empty on a Wednesday night). Hip hop music in an Irish pub? I was excited to find a pint of Guinness under 1000 yen but, it tasted a bit off. There are much better places within walking distance. View all feedback.

Good selection of drinks. Found it a bit hard to get service. Took our drinks upstairs but the atmosphere felt awkward up there. Owner seems nice.
