Hekisuien - Okayama

The restaurant is conveniently located between the okama castle and the korakuen. During dinner in the restaurant, you will be presented with a great view of the Okama Castle and the Asahi River. The food was good and the children loved the pasta. There's a fried mochi court here that was really good.

If you stop at Okama Castle or Korakuen Garden, you must visit this restaurant/café. With soft jazz that gently plays in the background, you can take the view over the river from the castle. recommend your wagyu bento box

A fantastic place for lunch with beautiful views and great service! I have delicious Udon with mushrooms.

We stopped here to have a tee and rest after visiting the garden. The view over the castle is really beautiful and the terrasse is very peaceful

I loved it. It was a really rainy and gray day but this place was worm cozy and had very nice food for my taste. I ordered Japanese pasta, coffe and desert. Was really nice and the staff was also very nice people. the big plus about this place, You have the nicest view to the river and the castle ! you can take how many pictures of food with castle in the background as you like Would recommend to eat there if you pass by :
