I was so pleasantly surprised by vegetarian options!!!! We had thought we had no chance of a veggie burger anywhere in Japan but I decided to take a chance after stumbling across another review which mentioned veggie options. The burgers were tasty, a good size and so well priced. We added chips for 200 yen. So good!!! Reviewing a restaurant poorly even though the food was good might be harsh, but the service in this place is so insanely terrible and unprofessional that it doe... read more Reviewing a restaurant poorly even though the food was good might be harsh, but the service in this place is so insanely terrible and unprofessional that it doesn’t warrant anything else. the burger, a veggie burger, was nice and so were the fries, but the staff are the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve ever met in Japan. Completely ignored my existence (standing in front of them at the counter) until their manager came out and took my order. They later took other orders from guests so they were perfectly capable to do that. When my food was ready, they didn’t activate the buzzer and just let it sit there waiting to get cold, until I came up 5 minutes later at which point they started giggling and took the still not activated order buzzer. no apology, it feels like it was done completely on purpose. Never again. if I was the management, I’d fire them on the spot. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
