I like the tsukemen here!!! The noodles are very chewy. The soup can be less salty though. There are eggs, pork and bamboo shoots inside the bowl of soup.
It is a simple seafood pork bone type ramen. I stopped in a place where I was worried. In addition, there are Tsukemen and Matsuse soba, and I thought I would like to eat again.
Tamen, Kanto-style seafood pork boneless oodles. Lunch time is available at the regular price (800 yen). Tsukemen oodle shop that I sometimes see in Okayama is also Zorota oodles, but what is it? It’s good, but it’s delicious.
Ramem tsukemen style. Broth is not very salty and very tasty. Noodles are excellent and al dente. service is quite slow though. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
