Great coffee. Place was a little understaffed for the morning rush. Recommend you take your card as they don't have pay wave. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Dinky little takeout shack, I had the Kiwi Kai burger. It was delicious. Went there as part of the Russell Walking weekend. There were some picnic tables our the back so we could relax and eat the burger. Great little spot, home made smoked fish pie was delicious, so was the flat white and the passion fruit cheesecake. Excellent place when cycling through or starting in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Call in at 1pm on Sunday the place was stacked owner advised there would be at least a 25min wait, ok we waited it was certainly worth the wait the pulled pork panini was bulging with real pork the Kiwi burger was probably the best I’ve had, coffee was also good we were so impressed that we took huge custard squares home for dessert that night, Service: Dine in

Wonderful wholesome food and delicious desserts! Had pulled pork panini and fish and chips followed by the best custard slice and cheesecake! Highly recommend! For lunch and dinner!
This is a great little place, with home made cakes and pies, pulled pork paninis and wood-fire pizza. If your cycling the coast to coast I’d recommend stopping here. Try their Custard Squares amazing!!
Amazing eats! Great coffee. Must try the Ōkaihau roll cheesecake…. We’ll definitely revisit, recommended.

Their prices match the great food. Extremely tasty and satisfying kiwi kai burger with fries and a homemade passionfruit cheesecake.
