This restaurant deserves more than its current 3.6 stars the meal we had was truly delicious! Our server Natasha was wonderful and she recommended the mussels with added pasta, and it was incredible. Seriously, you have to get the mussels they were the standout of the meal, even outshining the tasty salmon. Skip the cocktails (which seem to just be wine based margaritas) and stick to the local beers instead. The blue... View all feedback.

What Casey Dempster dislikes about The Artesian:
Food was just fine, service not great. Our server had AirPods in. Found a hair in our French toast, they at least took it off the bill. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.

We had a delicious lunch at the wine bar yesterday. And great service! I had been there years before and recall the food delicious as well. The servers were hustling and did great during the busy lunch rush!!

I was visiting the springs and decided to eat at the Artesian Wine Bar. My server, Mia, was excellent. I felt welcomed and she was incredibly nice and attentive. I got the Buffalo Short Ribs and they were phenomenal. I would recommend treating yourself to the Artesian Wine Bar after a relaxing time at the hot springs. Thank you Mia for hooking me up! I had a dream pasta dinner with salmon and the next morning had French toast for breakfast. The food was delicious, flavorful and served quickly. Complements to the team in the kitchen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

Just would like to say. NATASHA, our wine bar server, was LOVELY! my mother and i enjoyed our dinner very much. NATASHA was very good at her job. the poblano fries were really good. as was the beet salad. the michilada was mid, and the sake mojito could have been stronger but i would get it again : thanks natasha! It's a nice treat to be able to dine in proximity to the hot spring. The menu is vegetarian friendly. The tortilla soup was quite good. However, there weren't much options other than salads for smaller food portions. I ordered vegetarian wrapps and had to take them out. The one negative comment that I have is the communication between the host and waiters. We had to ask for someone to attend us after several minutes of waiting as we were sitting in a separate dining area. We also asked for a couple of things along with our order but our waiter appeared to have forgot and we didn't bother to ask again. Overall, a good experience.
