The restaurant experience was disappointing. The orders were sloppy and cold, we had to ask for the drink menu and send it back. The party reservation was not in the system and we were blamed for it. Bob provided poor customer service, leaving the chaos in the kitchen to greet guests in the restaurant and neglecting our table.
