Was 田巻啓利 at エスパス a mag?
I have been living in Oiso for 12 years now, but at first I would just pass by this restaurant without even stopping to look at the menu displayed outside. After mustering up the courage to go in alone, I have been a fan ever since. Today, on April 1st, I enjoyed the daily special one plate lunch which included spinach potage, pan-fried red snapper with white wine sauce, dessert, and coffee for 2,200 yen (tax include... Second visit, last time was in May I think? Once again, I was impressed. It's truly delicious. I was very satisfied with the courteous and wonderful dishes. Especially this time, the dish with shirako and daikon, which is only available in winter, was wonderful. The flavor of grilled shirako and daikon sauce was exquisite. As you eat, the yuzu flavor spreads and you can keep eating without getting tired of it. And as always, the smoked salmon that comes out first is irresistible. It's moist, without any fishy smell, and full of flavor. The homemade sauce pairs perfectly with it. Actually, all the sauces at this restaurant are delicious. I am always amazed by the dessert, peanut bavarois. I dream of it being sold commercially someday. Thank you for the meal again this time.
It was my first visit to this restaurant. I made a reservation on the day and ordered the omakase course (5755 yen). I was really impressed. The taste of the dishes was amazing, the portion size was satisfying, and I left the restaurant feeling full. After the meal, I was able to choose between tea or coffee, and they even served some small tea sweets. Since I came by car, I did not order wine, but with this quality, I would be willing to pay around 10,000 yen in Tokyo. I have found another great restaurant to share with others. There was a small incident at the beginning where the waiter spilled some water, but as an apology, they gave me some delicious chocolates to take home. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hospitality. I would love to go back again.
