Today we were looking for a breakfast stop. Casey's did not disappoint! We've had lunch and dinner at Casey's (Highly recommend the cowboy burger! We stopped on a Sunday 10:00ish and were greeted immediately, ordered and served food quickly. Waiter was pleasant and efficient. The five of us in my family came out to eat here, it was busy so I can understand the hour long wait but we we're definitely all hungry. When we got the food though our apitites it wasn't even hot when it came out. i ordered wings, the skin was dry an crunchy and the chicken was leathery.. don't eat here View all feedback.
Just passing through on vacation and stopped here for brunch. Great atmosphere and service and food was good too.

Hi first time to Caseys for breakfast today, not just disappointed , didn't eat and paid $22...Couldn't believe waitress didn't even question how was everything or notice that we didn't eat...but had no problem just giving us the bill. NO
Let me start with- I 've given Casey 's multiple chances; but after 5 or so times of leaving unhappy, I figure it 's time for a review. Every time I have visited Casey 's, you can tell the staff is overwhelmed. This isn 't a new we 're short handed due to the pandemic thing, this has been the case for years. It doesn 't matter if the place is packed or if there are 5 people dining in, everyone seems exhausted, and this leads to long wait times, incorrect orders, or missed check-ins for drinks, forcing you to go to the bar to get a refill. A recent experience was with a large group, and while dining in, we had to wait about an hour for a grilled cheese for our daughter. She doesn 't really have the patience to wait for her food, so this was not a great experience for us or her. It took another 30 minutes to get our food, so we had them box it up so we could leave as there was no way we were going to be able to stick around with the group and eat. New Year 's Eve 2020, we ordered a large order of wings to go, placed well ahead of time. We scheduled the order for pickup, and we ended up waiting another 45 minutes to get the food. We received some wrong flavors with this, too. The most recent experience, and the final straw; I called in to place a to go order. I was placed on hold, and after 6 minutes of waiting, I hung up. I called back and the line was busy. Did this for about 5 minutes and decided to just go down and order. After I arrived, I called in again and the phone was still off the hook. There were 4 customers in the restaurant. I was asked if I had a to go order, to which I replied that I tried to call in, was placed on hold and never helped. I let them know their phone is probably off the hook, which they verified. The bartender explained that they had a bad day and she had to get paperwork done. So I waited another 3 or 4 minutes before someone took my order. I placed my order, stepped away for 5 minutes and came back to have a drink and wait for the food. I paid my bill, grabbed our food and left. Once I arrived home, I discovered that I was given the wrong order. Fortunately we could make it work, but it 's not what I ordered. I did call to let them know we had the wrong food and that someone else is probably not going to be happy since they also were not getting their order. Someone called me back and offered to bring the correct food, and provide us with a gift certificate, which I declined. Honestly, this was the last straw and the thought of ordering food again just to be disappointed made me decline the offer, but I am glad that they tried to make it right. When you do get the right order in a timely fashion, the food is pretty decent, but the inconsistency of service and delivery is enough for me to say this is a no-go . If you want to roll the dice, that 's up to you.
