Billy's - Oil City

We're from Ohio and we're here for my husband. We were looking for restaurants and I stumbled over this place. Hands down an absolutely brilliant aesthetic being here! I am a 90s child and they played some of the most beautiful melodies I could not help but sing and bop with them! Even my husband was and he is a shy man!? The place was super cool and had a great feeling. The food was absolutely fantastic. Just what I can say was that we waited a bit for our food, we were told that our waiter had a family emergency that I hope everything is okay! But even when we got our food, the wings were hot and fresh! All we got was great. The costume service was very welcoming and understanding, and we felt like we were friends. HIGHLY recommend checking this place. I'd like to buy a shirt again if I could! Thanks for the great experience! It was great! I wish we had a place like this at home!!!

Wow is this place better than I remember a decade ago. Everything was clean, nice draft selection, wings and steak sub were great, staff was extremely kind and joked around. I am 100% going back no doubt! Thanks!

Great wings and flavors as well as Bavarian pretzel!!! Unfortunately the service was super slow, 45 minutes, and disjointed. This cool place has such great potential!
