Menu: Appetizers: crispy prawns and vegetables, piquillo kiss and zucchini foam. Salad of hearts and roasted Najerano peppers. Stewed white asparagus in its sauce and mushroom sauce. Artichokes and bread was Iberian. Hake in stock with virgin olive vinaigrette. Stewed pig's trotters (the menu had this dish, I got double fish because I didn't like it). Spectacular presentation, incredible flavors. The best I've tasted in the entire Basque country and Navarre. To return without a doubt. The French toast ..... unbeatable. Since I couldn't finish it, I asked to take away the second course and they added more sauces and they gave me all the varieties of bread that they offered me on the table. Very detailed and impeccable. We will be back.
