Quick meal but customer service could be friendly food not as good as i remembered

Me and my partner both have food poisoning from this store, this is very disappointing because usually wok in a box is my favourite place to eat

Partner went in to Wok in the Box St Agnes today and ordered a meal. Disclosed her but allergy before ordering and the male confirmed it could be done no problem. Asked for a Pad Thai to be cooked with no nuts. Once it was cooked my partner asked again whether it contained nuts and the man who cooked it said no. Definitely no nuts. She had only a couple of mouthfuls before realising there were nuts in the dish. She immediately became unwell. Shortly after she was vomiting and had to seek medical attention. Injection required. During a telephone call he did apologise but no refund or compensation offered in any way. Never to visit again.

Appalling meal had the honey soy cashew the chicken was like eating rubber and the rice was like mash potatoes Would appreciate my money back as it was 57 dollars and couldn't eat more than two mouthfuls

I legit just had the best box of noodles I've ever had! Not to mention the absolute stella service from Goz and Arya truly made us feel apart of the family and it seriously made our day. Our experience here was outstanding and we could not recommend it any higher! Thankyou so much guys! We could not be happier and we'll definitely be back for sure! Telling all our friends too! Thankyou!!! Great value, great feed, incredible taste!! I had the honey soy chicken with extra veg and my partner had the Thai green curry 10/10 Perfect heat for both!! Bless you guys!!
