What Suf L dislikes about Royal Copenhagen Henley Beach:
The last time I first tried this icecream over 20 years ago was in Glenelg and I remember it tasted amazing. I thought we'd try it last night as the gelato store nearby was sold out and oh my what a disappointment. I tried duch choc, salted caramel and Peanut butter cookie and it was so average, as it was not rich in flavour nor very creamy. Coles branded or similar icecream probably has more flavour no joke. Went on a busy Monday holiday with 5 of us and they had excellent staff who served us quickly and were all very friendly.

Busy shop, but awesome ice cream flavours. Will recommend the Peanut butter caramel cookies and the honey almond apricot yoghurt flavours.

Delicious ice cream and quick service. Very close to the pier. The location is wonderful. Ice cream and a walk along the pier.

Good ice cream but probably the worst of the Royal Copenhagen store amongst all in terms of customer service. Three girls working at the store, with only one of them serving customers while two of them chatting away, not bothered to come in and help serve the rest of the customers. Took good 15/20 mins to get a scoop
