It's now closed. I Would like to be kept informed about what is happening regards reopening!
I used to be a 5 star customer. I have been eating here with my family since they opened. Food is generally good but it was the owner that had us coming back. His customer service was exceptional. Last night we ordered and were very disapointed. Ordered extra sour cream and guac and rather than putting them on plastic tubs they decided which meals received the extra???? Who does that??? Spent $10 on the churos dessert as a treat for the family. The churos were almost black covered in bitter cinnamon. Not cinnamon and sugar but straight cinnamon. Knowing that their phones are always busy i dropped them a message on fb about the issues with the meals. The message was seen but not replied to. So i tried again. The next day I was told that they closed at 8 and didn't have access to fb after 8.... where do they go after 8 to have no access to fb??? I then asked if they could address my concerns but instead they blocked me???? Well I guess that's one way to deal with an unhappy customer. My advice .... wait for the competition to open accross the road... looks like that's what I'll be doing in future
