Pizza Meccanica - OHalloran Hill

Pizza was okeish. Cheese and sauce were high quality but base was a bit of a let down. Sides of pizza base were ok but centre was completely mushy and wet. Was the same problem with both of our Pizzas. Probably a pass for me in future. Staff were friendly though.

We ordered takeout and tried their 04- Funghi and 03- Prosciutto. My partner had the Prosciutto pizza. It was a delightful combo of flavours and the crust was perfect. I had a slightly different experience with the Funghi pizza. I found the swiss mushrooms to be excessively salty and the pizza was very oily. It had a good garlic taste but due to the oiliness and the saltiness, it was hard for me to fully enjoy the pizza. We will still come back and try different pizzas.

Really good top notch pizza, so many places do pizza these days but these guys have got it right and not just pizza but everything else we ordered for starters was faultless too. The staff were amazing and very attentive the whole time we were there. Would definitely recommend and will be back again .

Went here for a family event and we all enjoyed it very much. Unique location. Parking was ok. Customer service was good. The restaurant theme is very cool. Setup and layout is different and nice to experience. Spacious and up to standard cleanliness. Food was better than average in my opinion. It definitely does what it is meant to do. Cannot fault anything. Would return and recommend to others. Definitely worth trying.

Pizza Meccanica is only open four nights a week so you need to book. It is a fantastic suburban neighbourhood restaurant. The owner has managed to combine his passion of cars and pizza into a very cool venue. Staff are friendly and will happily explain the menu. The food comes out promptly and is really good.
