Stopped here to try a Moe's hot dog and shake for $7. It was great and the choc milk shake was cold. Excellent service from the 2 ladies.

The public toilets in this OTR smell absolutely revolting you'd think a multi-million dollar corporation could afford to put an automatic air freshener in there. Makes you feel revolting just walking in! Avoid unless no other choice!!

I just left the shop and this lovely woman is stuck all by herself with a huge line. Someone couldn’t take a shift today apparently. Working so hard this woman I wish I could have helped her out. Hopefully otr can provide someone to fill in because it’s just horrible the way they’re treated!

Male staff member this morning was rude and kept forgetting order. When my order was finally ready, instead of saying, your order is ready, he just pointed and assumed i knew what he meant, wont be coming back.

Had nice soy flat white today and didn't need to wait too long to be served. If you are looking for somewhere to sit while enjoying your coffee you had better go elsewhere. As I was on a scooter not ideal but it is what is.
