3 of us went for dinner quite late in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful re the dishes. Menu was great (showing mild medium or hot) with a good selection for vegetarians and meat eaters. The huge servings of food were delicious and it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.
Almost excellent service a little slow to start with but all uphill from there. Very friendly service. Entree pakoras were beaut, nothing outstanding. Entree samosas were tastier, absolutely lovely. Biryani Pilaf (vegetables) was brilliant spices and aromatics bursting here and there and perfectly cooked. Too much for me to eat and I usually clean my plate. Washed down with Kingfisher (Indian) beer. Perfect. Elsewhere on our table Pumpkin Lentil Chickpea curry Special was superb in consistency and flavours. Butter chicken was excellent, most of it gobbled, by someone who usually eats sparingly. This place is highly recommended and we'll certainly be back.
Such honest, good quality food. I've been here multiple times and had their dal palak, palak paneer, chicken tikka, eggplant and lamb (so tender) curry. The garlic naan is amazing too! Service is just as you would expect from a family run business- extremely welcoming. A must try if you're in the mood for Nepalese food down this side of town.
Food was amazing and service was good. We walked in without a booking, on a busy night, and they fitted us in no problem. Not a long wait for our food, the atmosphere was pleasant. About the food- we had Lemongrass Chicken, Saag Ghost, Naan Bread and Basmati Rice. The mains were tender and tasty, with a good combination of heat and balance of spices, and the bread and rice were the perfect accompaniments. We will definitely be back. We have found a new favourite!Recommend this place to anyone that loves Indian cuisine, we were extremely impressed.
