Went to dinner last week. The place was a bit cluttered but more seriously , FREEZING. We asked the owner to increase the heat pretty please we were sitting close to the heater and could see that the setting was at 21 degrees. First he refused and later agreed he then turned it up to 22 ! It was a very cold day. Food was mediocre too.

Food was good, customer service was okay although the woman wasn't friendly, didn't smile, felt a bit uncomfortable. Definitely not a kid friendly place.

Bad bad bad. Had a Groupon voucher. The whole idea of these vouchers is to try and get new patronage in. I'll never go back. Apart frm waiting an hour and a half (yes thats right). The attitude was woeful. Food was pretty average. Only like one out of the four mains. Very un-apologetic staff made this experience all the more worse.

Walking into this place, with no staff spotted in sight was the start of our dining experience nightmare. We stood by the door for five minutes before a staff acknowledged us. Once seated with menus, we never saw a staff our way again. Trying to flag down the only two staff (couple owners) was near impossible. They did not even look our way for the 60minutes we were there waiting to place our food and drinks orders. When we did managed to wave someone over, the look of surprise was evident indicating that she had forgotten about us. We were very hungry by this stage and quickly made our selections. Our starters including soups, satays and spring rolls did not come for another half an hour. In fact, the soup did not come out at all. When we received our satays, I asked if every dishes could be brought out now. The owner didn't even acknowledged my request. She just arrogantly plonked the plate on the table and scurried off. Within the next hour, our food arrived intermittently. Each dish more average than the last. Clearly they were understaffed for two people, especially in the kitchen. However, we were the fourth table in the entire place so found it hard to fathom how they could be so terribly slow. One of the owners actually is a delivery driver also. It blew our minds that they did not hire a staff to do that. The only positive point is the presentation of the food. It was nicely plated, simple and showcase the food well. However, the quality of the ingredients was lacking. So were the flavours and taste. Rice was dry!!! Big fat no-no. You are an Asian restaurant and you screwed up the rice? Not ok. The entire experience was terrible. The owners had a very arrogant and rude attitude. Not once did they apologised for ignoring us, how late our meals were or asked us if we enjoyed the food. I do not recommend this place at all. It was a waste of my hard earned money and time that I will never get back.

We purchased a voucher for this place and by the look of the other patrons most had, where you have a set menu. The food was terrible along with the service or lack there of. They only had one wait staff on and the place was full. What should have been a quick casual tasty meal was a long winded affair. We ordered the lemon chicken and crispy beef. Both meals were awful unless you like eating batter and beef jerky. You could not recognise nor taste any chicken, and the beef was like eating stone. We waited over 11/2 ours for that. Everyone in the restaurant waited 1 2 hours. The staff member was run off her feet literally and apologetic, but the manager could not have cared less. Sorry lost my business
