The Powderkeg offers some gf options, but is not dedicated to coeliac. For example, they say frits are gf, but the frit is not a dedicated gf frit. Pizza can be made on a Gf basis and we ate the pizza without bad effect. Some power supplies are gf, but check ...for example, the pulled pig is not gf, but the waiting personnel must check things.
