really autentic Japanese experience. tatami floor seating, and they are greeted with tee and sweet. not an extensive menu, but the good is great. try the tempura. eating with a swirl is funny, but the soba gives really taste. both hot and cold soba options. the staff was super friendly and service was fast. Still managed to eat soba and eat green onions ww After enjoying eating with one green onion...Chopsticks/Chopsticks I'm not good at holding chopsticks, but it's easier to eat with chopsticks laughs Eating like this is a good memory ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ un Original 大内宿で食べログ検索をした結果 三澤屋 さんが1番人気だったので 最終日もお蕎麦に決定(笑) 毎日お蕎麦食べてるじゃーーん。と、、心の声 平日なのに並んでる。 私達も番号札をもらい10分程度待っただけで 席に案内された!お昼時なのにラッキー メニューをみると、、 大内宿名物の通称ねぎそば の 高遠そば ネギが一本添えられた写真が気になり 私は高遠そば、旦那ちゃまは 水そば を注文 会津の伝統料理 こづゆ あったから追加注文!! 親戚の叔母様がお正月に作ってくれるのが美味しくて 福島県に居るのだから地元でも食べてみたくてねww ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ お通し的な感じで、 刺身こんにゃくと漬物が出てきた。 こーゆーの嬉しいねっ!! あっ。 こづゆ から運ばれてきたよ。 思ったより大きな器で、具材細かく切ってあり 出汁の味がシミシミ〜の煮物で たまらなく美味しいひたすら食べれるやつだ。 あっ…。天ぷらも注文してたんだ。。 お野菜が数種類、その1番下には餡子玉天ぷら。 ボリューム満点そうな盛り合わせにビビりつつ お蕎麦をいただきまーーすっ ๑ڡ๑ 写真通り一本ネギが添えられているが、、 やはりコレはネギで食べろって事だよね。 と、理解し食べてみたよ〜ネギでね!! お蕎麦がチュルチュル〜とネギを滑って落ちてくから なかなかお蕎麦が食べられないじゃーーん(笑) それでも何とかお蕎麦食べながらネギをカミカミww 一本ネギで食べる事楽しんだ後は…箸・箸 箸の持ち方下手だけど、箸の方が食べやすいゃ(笑) こんな風に食べるのも良き思い出だね ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ ぅん

Wonderful restaurant. soba is amazing, but make sure to try the raw egg on rice, fried fish and grilled garlic as well!
