The brisket was awesome House cut fries were bad ... like from another day or being sitting under the heated light for way to long, just dry and dehydrated. First went into the door and the staff was very friendly and friendly. I had the chicken frying, poutins and wings. I never had chicken roast brisket before and it was juicy, perfectly cooked and very tasteful. The poutins were delicious as always, the smoked wings were juicy and very tasteful.
