The delivery appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm, but the delivery arrived the day before at 2:00pm. It was difficult to find parking on the property and there were no facilities available to wait. However, it was easy to maneuver to the building. The employees arrived at 10:00pm and quickly assisted with unloading. The service was great and efficient. I attempted to place three orders with this company. I spoke with the supplier on October 3rd and was informed that he would be at my house on October 4th with a catalogue. However, despite being assured that he would arrive before 2 o'clock, there was no delivery. After calling the company's toll-free number, I was told that my delivery was scheduled between 3 and 6 o'clock. I was instructed to contact the local office, but after trying three different phone numbers with no success, I gave up and cancelled my order. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be using their services again.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I understand that mistakes happen, as I have worked in customer service before, but this was one bad experience after another. I thought they would charge my card at the time of ordering, but they actually calculate it at the time of delivery. I did not have enough funds in my account at that time, so they came to my house to make the delivery and then left without completing it. I added money to my card, went online, and saw that they rescheduled my delivery for 16 days later without consulting me first. I contacted customer service, updated the delivery period as instructed, and the delivery still did not arrive. There was no communication about the order being discarded, and the app only showed "pending order." After speaking with customer service again, they could not explain the missed delivery and said they would send it for a third time. This entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. They really need to improve their communication with customers.

Managed by friendly people. Visited to complete a job and in the end became a customer. I love their egg rolls and pot stickers as well as their key lime pie. They stop by my business every other Friday and deliver their scrumptious morsels. I only wish I had a bit more room in my freezer.
I went to work there and the environment was welcoming. A great place.
