Used to love this place, drinks are great but who really has time to wait an hour for 3 drinks, I’ve been going there twice a day for the last couple of months... read more Used to love this place, drinks are great but who really has time to wait an hour for 3 drinks, I’ve been going there twice a day for the last couple of months spending at least 50$ a day there. But the way I was treated by Andy today, all because I said “I’ve been in this line with only 1 car ahead of me for an hour, just for my drinks to be wrong watery” plus tipped him 10$ before this on a 20$ order he proceeds to yell at me “we’ll then stop coming here” the only time I’m ever waiting that long is when Andy is making them, the girls are great and I love the coffee here. But to be treated so wrong when I’ve been a returning customer for months and very rarely do I not tip come twice a day. Im very disappointed. He’s very defensive when you tell him he’s slow, and nobody comes to a coffee shop to wait an hour. Im very patient understanding and really was joking when I made the comment I did, we always joke around so thought nothing of it, but his response was uncalled for. I don’t know if I’ll return and this is my favorite coffee shop so im devastated.
