Mcdonald's - Officer

Honestly after weeks of coming through every morning I have decided to review. Firstly to anyone reading this, if you hate you job just quit. If a customer asks for something, that’s what they want. It’s not complicated, it’s not rocket science. Don’t ask me what would I like if I’m not going to get it. People coming through drive through in the morning are obviously going to be eating or drinking in the car. Why are there hardly napkins? How about giving me my order with a smile a vibe? Why do I have to feel like I’m the issue, get more sleep or maybe be happy. If it’s a management or just a store issue, I honestly give this place a low rating. There are like 2 staff members with good attitudes, the rest need a reality check

Nothing much to tell but this is our regular weekly visiting plave after a badminton session or a swim at cardinia. No complain about the food and the staff is kind.

Only maccas I've been to thats brought my food to me on occasion. Food is hot and fresh more often than not. Definitely not bad for a maccas.

When comparing to more than 30 McDonald's in Melbourne that I already have tried, This branch is in another level. It's Clean and tidy. there is always one or two persons who are cleaning tables, floor, even walls. Food is fresher and the coffee taste and quality is quite different from other branches.
