Great value and good weekday dining. The food has a variety on the menu, 128 different items. Spicy dishes can be requested. Nothing stands out as a signature dish. Service with a smile and easy going. Parking outside not under cover. Close to freeway. View all feedback.
We're always looking for good restaurants. A few years back, we tried Kathmandu. We had such a nice meal that we introduced our sin and daughter into law and their children. You go at least once a week and we go on. Deepak... and his employees are great. If we take a walk with our children and grandchildren, they begin the children's meals without ordering us, he knows our preferences. Approved with great quality.
The travel advisers were incredibly helpful in planning my vacation with friends. Thanks to their guidance, our journey was a great success and I absolutely loved it.
Last night, four of us dined at this restaurant for the second time in two weeks. The quality of the food was just as good as the first visit. The staff were efficient and friendly, creating a good atmosphere. We shared two appetizers: Kathmandu Mushrooms, filled with mozzarella cheese and mint, and Seekh Kebab cooked in the Tandoori oven. For mains, we enjoyed cattle madras, lamb spinach curry, prawn malai, rice, garlic naan, and cheese naan. Each dish had unique flavors and was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning regularly as we love Indian cuisine. The restaurant, Kathmandu Palace, is fully licensed but we brought our own wine. The food was well presented and came to the table warm. We were given complimentary Pappadums with sauces to start. The total bill for the four of us was $110.
Very nice food especially the Nepalese dishes. Good service with free Pappadums and diving sauce. Staff efficient and restaurant nice and clean and not too loud Will definitely back
After enjoying takeout from Delhi Palace in the past, we decided to dine in this time. The service was exceptional - very attentive and quick. The food was amazing with a truly authentic Indian flavor. The samosa chaat was the best we have tried in Melbourne. We also ordered garlic naan, Kashmiri rice, chickpea and goat curries, and chicken vindaloo, all of which were delicious with generous portions. We highly recommend Delhi Palace for tasty Indian cuisine.
