Tasty hessian kitchen large outdoor area, on the terrace with service, in the beer garden is self-service. large playground for the small and also dogs are as seen guests.
Dined here with a tour group. We felt as if we were dining out in the country at a farm. We started with a carrot/ginger soup. I was skeptical at first, but it was very tasty and left me wanting more. For my entree, I had Jagerschnitzel, whch was very well done and extremely tasty. My husband had a salad. It was large and had grilled chicken breast on it. Dessert was a Bavarian cream with red currants. Friendly staff too. I doubt that I'll ever return (I'm from the USA), but f I were given the chance, I'd love to dine here again.
The food here is out of this world. The location is a little strange. You drive down this narrow street thinking you are going to end out at a farm or on a field with cows! There are no signs as you drive in but the food and service is out of this world.
We came here with my cousin and his family for dinner. If you weren't a local, it would be perhaps a bit hard to find. It is quite a large venue and lacked a bit of atmosphere given we were there when it wasn't busy. However, the food and the beer were nice. Nothing outstanding but nothing bad with any of it. Probably better to go there on a sunny weekend.
