The taste, quality, and presentation are c... read more I have dined at your restaurant several times. The food is always excellent – I truly want to compliment you on that. The taste, quality, and presentation are consistently outstanding. Unfortunately, I have recently had repeated negative experiences with the service staff. It 's noticeable that there is a frequent turnover of waiters and waitresses, and the service sometimes seems unfriendly or disinterested. On several occasions, I wasn 't greeted, wished Bon appétit, or even asked if everything was alright. The service was particularly rude on my last visit: no smile, no communication, and when paying, I was simply asked Cash or card? – without any politeness whatsoever. This unfortunately detracted significantly from the otherwise positive impression of the meal. I 'm giving this feedback not out of anger, but out of genuine interest – because I truly appreciate your restaurant. I hope you can pass this feedback on to your team so that the service can once again match the quality of the food.
